How do I make an order or enquiry on custom cake?
Here’s a cake quote form for you to fill in! We will follow up with you within 24 hours.
How long in advance should I make an order for custom cake?
Slots are given on a first come first served basis, so the sooner the better! We recommend you to confirm your order at least one week ahead. For last minute orders, please contact us to check availability.
Do you provide delivery?
Yes, additional charges apply according to location. Check delivery charges here. Delivery is only available in Penang at the moment.
Where is your self-collection location?
As we do not have a physical shop, our pickup point is outside of Divine Mercy Church in Sungai Ara. We will meet you by the roadside at your selected time.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email from us once you have placed order through our website. If you do not receive the email after placing your order, kindly get in touch with us.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please let us know as soon as possible. You may cancel your order up until 4 days before due date, any cancellations after that will only be entitled to a 50% refund. Refund is unavailable if cake is not collected on the day of collection. Please double check your order before proceeding to payment.
Can I make changes to my order?
Of course, but only until 3 days before the due date. Just get in touch with us regarding your preferred changes.
I have received an email stating my selected date is full after placing an order, what do I do?
Sometimes our orders are full on some days and we will send you an email to inform you upon receiving your order. You can either change the date or we will refund you in full amount. Refund will be made within 24 hours.
Can I change the colours of the cake?
Yes! We’d love to help, just tell us your preferred colour(s) in the Additional Information section when you checkout.
Can I send you photo of a cake I saw online and request for an exact design of the cake?
We respect other creators’ designs and we do not wish to replicate the exact same design. The photo will only be used as an inspiration or reference to visualise your cake.
Is candle included in my order?
Every order comes with 1 candle and 1 plastic knife (for cake orders). You can upgrade the candle to any of those we have in store here.
Do you include invoice along with my order?
No, invoice or receipt will not be included unless requested.
Do you make tiered cakes?
We sure do! The sizes we offer are 4″ & 6″ and 6″ & 8″. If you would like the one tier design on our website on a two-tier cake, contact us with the name of the cake. For three-tier cakes or other sizes, we’re just an email away!
Do you accept credit card payment/PayPal?
No, we only have internet banking on our website for now.
Do you have gluten-free cakes?
Unfortunately, we do not make them at the moment.
I am allergy to nuts/other ingredients.
Please let us know if you have any allergies when confirming your order. However, we do not guarantee the cake is free from any traces of nut nor all cakes are allergy-friendly.
How do I handle the cake upon collecting?
Make sure your car is well air-conditioned and the cake box is placed flatly on the floor of your car/car seat, or the best way – bring a friend along to help you hold it while you drive (it’s the least nerve-wrecking method!). Avoid direct sunlight on the cake and never place it in the boot or on the backseat. Once the cake is sent out, the risk and damage is entirely at your own responsibility.
Does the cake need refrigeration?
CAKES | They are fine to stay in a cold air-con room for 1-2 hours. Any longer than that, off to the refrigerator it goes! Bring the cake to room temperature before serving.
CHEESECAKES & ENTREMET | Best served chilled, do not leave out for more than 20 minutes.
CUPCAKES | It is fine to leave cupcakes out on the counter for up to 2 days, as long as they are well-covered and away from humidity. You can also store them in the fridge as long as they are well-covered to prevent cupcakes from drying out.
* If your design includes fondant topper, we recommend you to take out the fondant topper and leave it at room temperature (away from heat and humidity so it doesn’t soften in the refrigerator) before you chill the cake.
* Wafer paper decorations cannot be stored in the fridge as it will soften in the presence of humidity. Please double check before you make your order.
Just remember, cakes and heat are not friends! 😉
